You can incorporate textboxes into a form or letter template within the Forms Builder module. If you enter text in the textbox and make an error, pressing the backspace key may unintentionally remove the entire textbox rather than just the text. Follow the steps below to learn how to correctly edit the text in a textbox.
Please note, only users with the Owner or Administrator role are permitted to access the Forms Builder.
To insert a textbox, click on the "Insert Form Element" icon located at the top of the form tab on the "Manage Forms & Letters" page.
Choose "Insert Textbox" from the drop-down menu.
Click within the textbox to begin typing. Once you do this, a "footer" section will appear at the bottom of the editor.
Enter the text you want to display in the textbox in the "Value" field. You can use the Backspace key to delete content in this field without inadvertently removing the textbox itself.
Press the Enter key on your keyboard after you’ve added your text in the "Value" field to save it in the textbox.
