Why isn’t my pop-up window displaying?

Certain actions performed in ClickClaims require a pop-up window.  For this window to display properly, your browser must allow popups from the ClickClaims site.  If you've selected an action, such as "Create Form Letter", and the anticipated window doesn't display, ensure you've approved pop-ups in ClickClaims, via your browser's pop-up blocker.


If Google Chrome is the browser you're using, look for this icon located in the browser's address bar.  If it displays, select it and choose the radio button to always allow pop-ups.  Then, perform the action again to display the pop-up window.




If Mozilla Firefox is the browser you're using, look for this message beneath the browser's address bar.  Select "Options" and choose the "Allow pop-ups..." option.  Then, perform the action again to display the pop-up window.
