Changes

Export Notes from ClickClaims to XactAnalysis:

With the XactAnalysis Exporter EDI, you now have an optional setting available which can export ClickClaims claim notes saved within a specified note type and note sub-type to XactAnalysis.

TIVA Void Data Sync for Voided Date:

When the Tiva/PolicyPort API is configured to allow the voiding of payment records in ClickClaims to synch back to Tiva/PolicyPort, you now also have an option which can import the date and time stamp of when the payment was voided in Tiva/PolicyPort back into ClickClaims and display it within the "Voided Date” column of the claim’s “Payments” tab.

Set Task as a “Legal” Task:

When the “Legal” optional feature is enabled in ClickClaims, you can now set a new “Legal” special permission in a user’s profile record that allows them to access/view/edit a Task that has been flagged as a “Legal” task.

“Employee ID” Added to “Vendor Bills” Page:

You can now add the “Employee ID” as a secondary column to the “Vendor Bills” data grid page. This value can be captured within the user’s profile record.

Corrections

“Upload-Special” Document Type Option:

When utilizing the “Upload-Special” document action in the past, if you browsed to the document(s) prior selecting the file type/file sub-type, the document(s) would disappear from the “Upload-Special” dialog window, and you’d be forced to browse again. This has been corrected.
