R.2023-05 Release Notes

Overview of all enhancements, changes, and corrections contained in the 2023-05 base release of ClickClaims.

New Enhancements

New Optional “Status Update” on the Summary and Notes Tabs:

When enabled, specific claim stakeholders can flag their activity note as a “Status Update”. All users with access to the “Notes” tab can then use the “Status Update” note sub-type option, located within the “Company User” or “Client” note type, to view these specific types of activity notes. Additionally, a “Status Update” tooltip displays next to the appropriate stakeholder field of the claim’s “Summary” tab stating the most recent status note entered by that user.

“Permissive Use” Claim Flag:

You can now utilize the new “Permissive Use” claim flag to associate this attribute to a claim from the “Review” tab. This flag is inactive by default, but users associated with the Owner or Administrator user role can enable the flag from the “Manage Flags” button located on the “Review” tab.

Changes

New Legal Contact Sub-Type:

When managing a contact of type “Legal”, you’re now able to designate a sub-type using the new “Legal Sub-Type” list manager field which can be maintained by a user associated with the Owner or Administrator user role.
