R.2023-11 Release Notes

Overview of all enhancements, changes, and corrections in the 2023-11 base release of ClickClaims.

Changes
“Reported By Type” Added to Claim Reporting Search/Grid: You can now search and generate reports for claims based on the “Reported By Type” in ClickClaims. Use the new “Reported By Type” field available on the “Claim Reporting Search” page and the new “Reported By Type” secondary column available on the “Claim Reporting Grid” page.

Corrections
“Predefined Description” Relabeled: Inconsistencies with the “Predefined Description” fields’ labeling have been corrected. All references to “Preset Description” when uploading documents have been revised to “Predefined Description”.
Zeroing Reserves with an Open Feature (Financials Module – Auto): We’ve corrected an issue with the Auto-Financials module when the user has a $0.00 indemnity/expense authority limit and attempts to zero out an indemnity/expense coverage’s reserve. Now, if this occurs, a validation message is displayed alerting them that they must instead properly close the Feature from the “Contacts/Claimants” or “Features” tab.
