Overview of all enhancements, changes, and corrections in the 2023-08 base release of ClickClaims.

Changes

“Payment Description” Added to Financial Report – Auto (Vehicle):

If your company has implemented the “Financials – Auto (Vehicle)” optional feature into your workflow, you now have a “Payment Description” column available on the “Financial Report” page.

“Incurring Storage Charges” Claim Flag:

We’ve added the “Incurring Storage Charges” claim flag so that you can now capture and report on this claim attribute when needed. This flag must first be enabled by an authorized user.

“Subrogation-Potential” Claim Flag:

We’ve added the “Subrogation Potential” claim flag to ClickClaims providing you with the ability to manage claims by this attribute when needed. This flag must first be enabled by an authorized user.

“Carrier/Client Website” Replacement Field:

You can now include the carrier’s website in form letters and emails by adding the “Carrier/Client Website” replacement field to the desired form letter and/or email template(s).
